Rotorua Zen Group

The Rotorua group meets on Monday mornings in Glenholme, a 15 minute walk from the centre of town.

We practice seated Zen meditation on Monday mornings, 6.45am-7.15, and then share some tea and a conversation.

Those new to Zen and meditation are welcome. Meditation instruction is available by appointment, either via Zoom or in person.  Please contact us in advance to let us know your interest.
